of <h1>Importers Must Submit Key Documents for SVB Registration to Avoid Delays per Board's Circular No. 11/2001.</h1> Importers, Customs House Agents, and trade members are reminded of the necessary documents for Special Valuation Branch (SVB) registration, as outlined in the Board's Circular No. 11/2001. Due to pending cases caused by missing documents, importers must submit the following: IEC Certificate, PAN Card, a brief on buyer-seller relationships, Articles of Memorandum, GATT declaration, SVB Bond (or a copy if from another Custom House), and B/E Invoice. These documents should be submitted to the relevant Appraising Group at the Custom House to avoid registration delays.
