of <h1>DGFT Clarifies Policy for Applications Submitted Before June 9, 2008, Under Public Notice No. 28 Amendments.</h1> The circular issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade addresses concerns from trade bodies and exporters regarding the applicability of amendments made in Public Notice No. 28 dated June 9, 2008. It clarifies that for applications submitted before the issuance of this public notice, the policy and handbook provisions in effect prior to June 9, 2008, will apply. This clarification has been approved by the Director General of Foreign Trade.
