This update specifically addresses situations where the current EDI system cannot process Bills of Entry that claim benefits under two notifications simultaneously. It includes cases such as the import of coal where benefits are claimed under Notification No. 46/2011 and Notification No. 38/2014, with the country of origin specified as eligible in the notification. Importers, exporters, and associated parties are advised to take note.
