of <h1>Adani Hazira Port Implements Risk Management System for Exports in Two Phases, Effective January 17, 2014.</h1> The Risk Management System (RMS) for exports has been implemented at Adani Hazira Port, Surat, effective from January 17, 2014. This system will be introduced in two phases. The first phase involves processing Shipping Bills to select those requiring verification of Assessment and Examination. The second phase will focus on processing Shipping Bills post-filing of the Export General Manifest (EGM) for Post Clearance Audit and drawback sanctioning. The procedures outlined in a previous notice for various customs locations will also apply to Adani Hazira Port. Exporters, Custom House Agents, and trade members are advised to follow these guidelines.
