To resolve this, manual cheques will be issued after verifying the claims and exporter credentials. Exporters affected by these failures must apply using the 'DBK-1' form, accompanied by relevant documents. Upon approval, a Pay Order will be issued, which must be presented within three months for cheque collection. Exporters can contact the Drawback Cell for assistance.
