Key services include acknowledging written communications within 7 days, decision-making within 15 days, processing refund claims within 3 months, and clearing import/export goods within specified timeframes. Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours, with final replies within 30 days. Written communications should be submitted to the centralized Receipt Section at the Custom House, Visakhapatnam. The SEVOTTAM initiative will commence on 11 May 2015.
