of <h1>Customs Notice Limits Container Movement Time in Visakhapatnam: 2.5 Hours for VPL, 2 Hours for CONCOR, 45 Minutes for L-17.</h1> The Principal Commissioner of Customs in Visakhapatnam issued Public Notice No. 20/2015 regarding the movement of containers between VCTPL, CFSs, and the L-17 area in the docks. The notice specifies the maximum permissible time for container movement: 2 hours and 30 minutes for VPL Integral CFS, 2 hours for CONCOR MMLP, and 45 minutes for the L-17 area. Previous instructions from notices issued in 2008 and 2013 remain unchanged. Any difficulties in adhering to these procedures should be reported to the Assistant Commissioner of Customs (Preventive).
