of <h1>Exporters Must Submit Bank Realisation Certificates for 2013-2014 Shipments by January 27, 2016, to Avoid Penalties.</h1> Exporters are notified of pending Bank Realisation Certificates (BRC) for drawback shipping bills filed between April 1, 2013, and March 31, 2014, at the Air Cargo Complex in Bangalore. Compliance with the mandatory submission of BRCs or negative statements every six months is required to update the BRC module in the ICES. Exporters must submit these documents by January 27, 2016, to the Nodal Officer, failing which actions under the Customs Act, 1962, may be taken to recover sanctioned drawback amounts with interest. For assistance, contact the appointed Nodal Officer or Assistant Commissioner of Customs.
