of <h1>New Indian Customs Rules: Only Declare Dutiable or Prohibited Goods, No Form for 'Green Channel' Travelers.</h1> Effective April 1, 2016, new norms for the Indian Customs Declaration Form require only international passengers with items to declare or carrying dutiable or prohibited goods to complete the form and report to the Customs 'Red Channel' upon arrival. Passengers with nothing to declare can proceed through the 'Green Channel' without filling out the form.
