of <h1>India Customs Mandates One-Time Bottle Seals on Import Containers for Enhanced Safety at Select Terminals.</h1> The Customs Department of India has issued a notice regarding the implementation of additional safety measures for import containers at PSA Sical Terminal Pvt. Ltd. and Dakshin Bharat Gateway Terminal. It has been decided that all import containers will be sealed with a One Time Bottle seal by Customs Officers before moving to Container Freight Stations (CFS) or Inland Container Depots (ICD). The details of these seals will be recorded, and the cost will be covered by the custodians of the CFS/ICD. This measure is temporary until more advanced security systems like CODEX, barcoding, or RFID-based e-seals are introduced.
