This cell, located on the 7th floor of JNCH, will manage DPD applications, coordinate customs clearance matters, and maintain a database of DPD clearances. Importers, exporters, and customs brokers can contact the cell via phone or email for application status and clarifications. The facility is available to importers with valid Authorized Client Program (ACP) status, and issues can be addressed to the Assistant Commissioner of Customs at JNCH.
