A new 'CVD Flag' column has been introduced in the ICES system, allowing users to toggle between 'C' for Customs notification and 'E' for Excise notification, facilitating the correct application of exemptions. This update eliminates the need for manual Bill of Entry filings for these exemptions, and any difficulties in implementation should be reported to the Customs office.
