of <h1>Exim Bank Grants $25M Credit Line to Ghana for ICT, Railways, and Agro Projects; 85% Sourced from India.</h1> Export-Import Bank of India (Exim Bank) has established a Line of Credit (LOC) of USD 25 million to the Government of Ghana for financing eligible goods and services from India for three projects: ICT and Good Governance (USD 5 million), Railway Corridors (USD 13 million), and Agro Processing Plant (USD 7 million). At least 85% of the contract value must be supplied from India, with the remainder potentially sourced externally. The agreement, effective from December 18, 2008, stipulates specific timelines for opening Letters of Credit and disbursement. No agency commission is payable under this LOC.
