A recent update has introduced a 'CVD Flag' in ICES to differentiate between customs and excise notifications. This change allows for the electronic filing of Bills of Entry for Indonesian Coal, with specific instructions for claiming or exempting CVD under different notifications. The previous office note has been modified accordingly. Difficulties should be reported to the Deputy Commissioner (EDI).
