This amendment involves the addition of a new agency, EXIM CLUB, located in Vadodara, Gujarat, to the list of agencies authorized to issue Certificates of Origin Non-Preferential. This update is made in the public interest and is documented in Public Notice No. 122 (RE-2008) /2004-09, dated December 30, 2008.
