of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy Update: Appendix 37D Amended; Algeria Added for Bicycle Component Exports; New Documentary Proof Required.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended Appendix 37D of the Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I (RE 2008) under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09. Changes include modifications to Table 10 for Market Linked Focus Products, specifically bicycle components and related items. Algeria is added as a linked market for these products. Exports of these items to specified markets from April 1, 2008, are eligible for benefits under the policy. A new requirement mandates exporters to provide documentary proof that products under Focus Product Codes 10.2 to 10.10 are for bicycle use.
