of <h1>Duty Entitlement Passbook (DEPB) Benefits Restored for Milk, Milk Products, and Casein Exports; Effective Immediately.</h1> Amendments have been made to the Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I (RE 2008), specifically restoring the Duty Entitlement Passbook (DEPB) benefits for the export of milk, milk products, and casein. This change is effective immediately and is issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade under the authority granted by the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009. The restoration of DEPB benefits aims to support exporters in these sectors and is issued in the public interest.
