of <h1>VKGUY Scheme Now Includes Milk and Value-Added Milk Products; Casein Exports Remain Ineligible from December 11, 2008.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended the Handbook of Procedures to grant VKGUY scheme benefits to the export of milk and value-added milk products, effective from December 11, 2008. Previous modifications regarding these products in Appendix 37A have been deleted. However, the export of 'Casein' remains ineligible for VKGUY benefits as it was never listed in Appendix 37A. This amendment applies to products under specific ITC HS codes and is issued in the public interest.
