of <h1>Foreign Exchange Regulations Updated: 2000 Version Repealed, New 2015 Rules Effective January 2016 for Authorized Dealers.</h1> The circular addresses all AD Category-I Authorized Dealer Banks, informing them of the repeal and replacement of the Foreign Exchange Management (Exports of Goods and Services) Regulations, 2000 with the 2015 version. This change, effective January 12, 2016, follows consultation with the Government of India. The attached annexure provides detailed instructions for Authorized Dealers in their dealings with exporter clients. The circular updates the Master Direction No. 16 of 2015-16 and is issued under Sections 10(4) and 11(1) of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999. Authorized Dealers are advised to inform their clients accordingly.
