The Director General of Foreign Trade, under paragraph 2.4 of the FTP, notifies that HBP v1, HBP v2 and the Schedule of DEPB rates, as amended, shall remain in force until further amendments, while the DEPB Scheme shall continue to be operative only until May 2009.
