of <h1>Officers Can Now Access Reasons for Manual Scrutiny Cases in ITD System for Assessment Year 2013-14.</h1> Assessing Officers were previously unable to view reasons for manually selected scrutiny cases based on CPC recommendations for the Assessment Year 2013-14 due to a disabled retrieval window in the ITD system. The functionality has now been enabled, allowing officers to access these reasons through a specified path in the ITD system. This change applies to cases selected under Manual Scrutiny for which an order under section 143(3) has not yet been passed. The path to view the list of scrutiny cases is provided within the system instructions.
