of <h1>Delhi VAT Refunds: Fast-Track Process for Claims Up to Rs. 10,000 for Periods Before March 31, 2015.</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi's Department of Trade and Taxes issued a circular to expedite the processing of VAT refund cases up to Rs. 10,000 for tax periods ending on or before March 31, 2015. The process eliminates the need for notices or personal appearances, provided claimants meet specific criteria, such as being operational at the recorded address, not being flagged as suspicious, and having no adverse records. Refunds will be adjusted against any outstanding demands, excluding stayed demands. The Systems Branch will provide necessary information to complete the process by February 15, 2016.
