Ms. Archna Arora, currently Commissioner of Trade & Taxes, is transferred to the position of Secretary of Education and Art, Culture & Languages, replacing another officer who is proceeding on study leave from June 1, 2009. Concurrently, Shri Jalaj Srivastava, who was awaiting posting, is appointed as Commissioner of Trade & Taxes, succeeding Ms. Arora, effective from June 1, 2009.
