This decision follows a previous order from October 16, 2008, and has been approved by the Commissioner of Trade & Taxes. The order is communicated to relevant department officials, including Additional Commissioners, Joint Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, and the President of the Delhi Sales Tax Bar Association.
