of <h1>Delhi VAT and CST Returns Deadline Extended to 5th November 2008 for Period Ending 30th September 2008.</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has extended the deadline for filing Delhi Value Added Tax (VAT) and Central Sales Tax (CST) returns for the period ending 30th September 2008. The new deadline is set for 5th November 2008. This extension applies to the submission of returns in Form DVAT 16, Form DVAT 17, and Form 1, as per the relevant rules. The order, issued by the Commissioner of Value Added Tax, aims to provide additional time for compliance and will be published in the Delhi Gazette Extraordinary.
