of <h1>Delhi Extends Q2 2015-16 Tax Return Deadline to Nov 16; Digital Filers Exempt from Hard Copy Submission.</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi's Department of Trade and Taxes has extended the deadline for filing online or hard copy returns for the second quarter of the 2015-16 financial year to November 16, 2015. This extension applies to returns filed in Form DVAT-16, DVAT-17, and DVAT-48, along with the necessary annexures and enclosures. However, tax payments must still be made as usual according to section 3(4) of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004. Dealers using digital signatures for filing do not need to submit a hard copy of the return.
