These regulations, based on the Public Accounts Committee's recommendations, outline procedures for receiving, storing, delivering, dispatching, or handling imported or export goods in customs areas and define the responsibilities of involved parties. The Board seeks feedback from trade and industry associations, departmental officers, and other stakeholders. Suggestions can be submitted to the Director of Customs via fax or email by November 17, 2008.
