This credit supports the financing of eligible goods and services from India for projects including the Mahatma Gandhi IT and Biotechnology Park, Fisheries Processing Plant, and Coconut Fibre Processing Plant in Cote d'Ivoire. At least 85% of the contract value must be sourced from India, with the remainder potentially sourced externally. The LOC is governed by the Foreign Exchange Management Act and requires compliance with specific export and financial regulations.
