of <h1>Delhi Extends Q1 2015-16 Tax Return Deadline to August 17 for Forms DVAT-16, DVAT-17, DVAT-48.</h1> The Department of Trade and Taxes in Delhi has extended the deadline for filing online or hard copy returns for the first quarter of the 2015-16 financial year to August 17, 2015. This extension applies to returns filed in Form DVAT-16, DVAT-17, and DVAT-48, along with the necessary annexures. Tax payments must still be made as usual under section 3(4) of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004. Dealers using digital signatures are exempt from submitting hard copies of the return or Form DVAT-56.
