Containers will now be processed at a pre-staging area where documentation is completed before moving to the wharf gate. The process involves verification of documents, seal checks, and issuance of Let Export Order (LEO). Containers must reach the docks gate within 30 minutes of leaving the pre-staging area. Special provisions apply for reefer containers and ICD containers, with specific procedures for seal tampering and delays.
