Petronet LNG Ltd. at Puthuvypeen SEZ, with Cochin Port Trust as the developer and Petronet LNG Ltd. as the co-developer. The facility will handle LNG re-gasification and distribution, servicing both SEZ and Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) entities. DTA entities must comply with Customs Act procedures, including filing a Bill of Entry and paying duties before using SEZ services. Vessels docking at SEZ jetties must complete statutory procedures with Cochin Custom House. Import General Manifests must be filed, and Customs Officers will verify quantities for assessment. Transshipment Applications are required for goods used exclusively within the SEZ.
