of <h1>Aurangabad Central Excise Jurisdiction Reorganized: New Divisions and Ranges Effective October 15, 2014, Per Government Notification.</h1> The jurisdiction of the Aurangabad Central Excise and Service Tax Commissionerate has been reorganized effective October 15, 2014, as per a government notification. The reorganization divides the Aurangabad Commissionerate into several divisions and ranges, each with specific jurisdictions. Aurangabad-I includes parts of Aurangabad District, excluding certain MIDC areas. Aurangabad-II covers sectors of Waluj MIDC, while Aurangabad-III includes other sectors of Waluj MIDC. Aurangabad-IV is newly created, covering Chikalthana MIDC, Paithan Taluka, and Jalna District. Nanded jurisdiction includes several districts. Service Tax responsibilities are divided between a central cell and jurisdictional ranges, excluding Aurangabad Range and Chikalthana MIDC.
