This initiative requires registration with the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) to ensure data consistency between DGFT and Customs systems. Some importers and exporters have not yet registered their PAN with DGFT, causing data discrepancies. Efforts are underway to reconcile these errors. Stakeholders are advised to report errors to designated officials and verify data acceptance via the Chennai Customs website or Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS).
