<h1>India Permits Export of Organic Pulses with 10,000 MT Cap; Certification and Registration Required.</h1> The export of organic pulses from India is permitted under specific conditions outlined by the Director General of Foreign Trade. The annual export quantity is capped at 10,000 metric tons, and exports are restricted to Customs EDI Ports. Exporters must obtain certification from APEDA-accredited bodies and register their contracts with APEDA before shipment. A Registration-Cum-Allocation Certificate (RCAC) is required, valid for 45 days, and can be extended once for the same period. Applications must include certification documents and a processing fee of Rs. 25 per metric ton. Amendments to RCACs are not allowed post-issuance.
