of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09: Appendix 37A Amended, New VKGUY Products Added for Duty Credit Scrips from April 2008.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended Appendix 37A of the Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I, under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09. A new Table 14 has been added, listing new VKGUY products eligible for duty credit scrip on exports from April 1, 2008. Specifically, barley with VKGUY Product Code 14.1 and ITC HS Code 1003 is included. These amendments aim to promote exports and are issued in the public interest by the Director General of Foreign Trade.
