of <h1>New CIT(A) Module in ITBA to Boost Appeal Efficiency; Upload Pending Appeals by June 22, 2015.</h1> The circular announces the implementation of the CIT(A) module in the new Income Tax Business Application (ITBA) to improve the efficiency of handling and disposing of appeals and generating management information systems (MIS) reports. All pending appeal data must be uploaded to the CIT(A) module using an Appeal Excel Utility. The Directorate of Systems has instructed regional offices to ensure the necessary infrastructure and data uploads are completed. Compliance reports and suggestions are requested by June 22, 2015, to facilitate the module's rollout.
