of <h1>India Launches Beta Version of Online ANF 3A Form for Digital MEIS Rewards Submission Under Foreign Trade Policy.</h1> The Government of India has released a Beta version of the online ANF 3A form, enabling applicants to claim rewards under the Merchandise Exports From India Scheme (MEIS) digitally. This initiative supports the move towards paperless processing under the Foreign Trade Policy. Applicants can now upload supporting documents online using digital signatures, eliminating the need for physical document submission, except for 'Proof of Landing' and shipping bills from non-EDI ports. All IEC holders are encouraged to adopt this digital submission process, as physical copies will not be required if documents are uploaded online.
