of <h1>New Circular Allows Multiple Applications for Deemed Export Benefits; Encourages Monthly or Quarterly Consolidation Under Para 8.3.1.</h1> The circular addresses the submission of applications for claiming deemed export benefits under Para 8.3.1 of the Handbook of Procedures. It revises previous instructions, allowing multiple applications within a year but encourages filing a single consolidated application for claims arising in a particular month or quarter to reduce paperwork and improve monitoring. Applications for deemed export benefits related to a specific project or recipient can be filed within twelve months from the end of the relevant period. Claims filed before Public Notice No.102 dated 16.1.2008 will be processed under the previous provisions. This directive is approved by the Director General of Foreign Trade.
