of <h1>New Product Category Added to Focus Products in Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09: Diesel Engines Up to 20 HP Now Eligible.</h1> The Director General of Foreign Trade has amended Appendix 37D of the Handbook of Procedures under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09. Specifically, a new product category has been added to Table 11, under section K, titled 'New Additional Focus Products.' The product, identified by FPS Product Code 11.16 and ITC (HS) Code 84089090, is 'Compression-Ignition Internal Combustion Piston Engines (Diesel) up to 20 H.P. capacity.' Exports of this product are eligible for Focus Product Scheme benefits effective from April 1, 2008. This amendment is issued in the public interest.
