The amendments affect Appendix 4-A of the Handbook of Procedure (Vol. 1), specifically entries 8 to 12, 14, and 15. The designated agencies include the Madras Export Processing Zone, Kandla Special Economic Zone, SEEPZ Special Economic Zone, Cochin Special Economic Zone, NOIDA Export Processing Zone, Vishakhapatnam SEZ, and Falta SEZ. These agencies are authorized to issue GSP certificates for products manufactured by units within their respective jurisdictions, including trading units meeting GSP conditions.
