Remuneration continuity under Schedule provisions: managerial persons may receive company approved pay for remaining term beyond transition date. A managerial person appointed under the earlier Act's Schedule may continue to receive remuneration for the remainder of the term in accordance with terms and conditions approved by the company under that Schedule, even if part of the tenure falls after the transition date.
