of <h1>Siddhartha Testing Removed from India's Inspection Agencies List for Mis-declaration; Can't Issue Pre-Shipment Certificates Anymore.</h1> M/s. Siddhartha Testing and Consulting Services, Nepal, has been removed from the list of Inspection and Certification Agencies (Appendix 5) by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, India. This decision follows a Show Cause Notice issued for mis-declaration and concealment of information in their application for recognition as a Pre Shipment Inspection Agency (PSIA). An adjudication order subsequently led to the cancellation of their recognition. Consequently, they are now ineligible to issue Pre-Shipment Inspection Certificates as per the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-2014.
