of <h1>Simplified Re-warehousing Process for EOU/EHTP/STP/BTP Units: Superintendent to Certify ARE-3 for Export Benefits.</h1> The circular addresses the re-warehousing procedure for goods imported or procured by EOU/EHTP/STP/BTP units. It highlights difficulties faced by these units in obtaining deemed export benefits due to the lack of certification by Central Excise authorities. To resolve this, the Board has decided that the unit's Superintendent will make two attested photocopies of the ARE-3 document, one for the Range office and one for the unit to use when applying for export benefits. The modification to Circular No. 19/2007-Cus is to be communicated to relevant parties, and any implementation issues should be reported to the Board.
