of <h1>CBDT Reconstitutes Kolkata Dispute Resolution Panel with New Members as per Income-tax Rules, Effective September 22, 2014.</h1> The Central Board of Direct Taxes has reconstituted the Dispute Resolution Panel (DRP) in Kolkata, effective from September 22, 2014. The panel comprises three Commissioners of Income-tax from Kolkata, with an additional Reserve Member, in accordance with the Income-tax (Dispute Resolution Panel) Rules, 2009. The members will undertake these responsibilities alongside their regular duties. This order supersedes previous orders regarding the DRP's constitution and has been issued with the approval of the Chairman of the CBDT. Copies of the order have been distributed to relevant officers and departments.
