of <h1>NADT Hosts Seminar on Effective Representation Before ITAT for JCIT to CIT Officers, June 17-18, Nagpur.</h1> The National Academy of Direct Taxes (NADT) in Nagpur is organizing a seminar on 'Effective Representation before ITAT' on June 17-18, 2014, for officers ranked JCIT to CIT. The seminar aims to enhance officers' competence and efficiency in representing the Department in judicial forums. It will cover topics such as legislative intent, tax jurisprudence, statute interpretation, evidence law, advocacy skills, and ITAT operations. Principal Chief Commissioners are requested to nominate two to three officers for the seminar by June 10, 2014, and submit travel plans by June 12, 2014, for accommodation and transport arrangements.
