of <h1>Submit Export Data for Jan-Mar 2014 by May 31 to Determine Duty Drawback Rates; Certified by CA.</h1> The circular requests Export Promotion Councils and Trade and Industry Associations to provide detailed cost and consumption data for the period January-March 2014. This data will assist in determining the All Industry Rates of Duty Drawback for that year. The data must be submitted in a specified format covering inputs, costs, and taxes related to export products. It must include information from at least five manufacturing units of varying sizes and be certified by the manufacturers and their Chartered Accountants. The data should be submitted by May 31, 2014, and be available for inspection by the Customs and Central Excise Department.
