of <h1>Rupee Value for India's Deferred Payment Protocols with Former USSR Revised to Rs.86.513657, Effective November 18, 2013.</h1> The circular addresses the revision of the Rupee value of the Special Currency Basket related to the Deferred Payment Protocols between the Government of India and the former USSR, dated April 30, 1981, and December 23, 1985. Authorized Dealer Category-I banks are informed that the Rupee value has been updated to Rs.86.513657, effective from November 18, 2013. This follows a previous indication of Rs.83.819978 from October 17, 2013. Banks are instructed to communicate this change to relevant parties. The circular is issued under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, and does not affect other legal permissions or approvals.
