of <h1>Deadline for Filing e-Form 23C Extended to Nov 30, 2013; Additional Fees Relaxed for Cost Auditor Appointments.</h1> The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the deadline for filing e-Form 23C, related to the appointment of a Cost Auditor, to November 30, 2013, or within 30 days of the start of the company's financial year, whichever is later. This extension also includes a relaxation of the additional fees associated with the filing. This update follows a previous extension outlined in General Circular No. 14/2013. The circular is addressed to relevant stakeholders, including the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and various government officials and departments.
