of <h1>Banks to Submit Export Outstanding Statements Online to RBI from December 2013; Infrastructure Prep by October 31, 2013.</h1> Authorized Dealer Category-I banks are required to submit Export Outstanding Statements (XOS) online, starting from the half-year ending December 2013. This replaces the previous branch-wise submission system to the Reserve Bank of India's Regional Offices. Banks must designate a Nodal Branch for the submission, and they will receive a User ID and Password for direct access to the RBI server. A demonstration of the new software was conducted, and relevant materials were shared. Banks are advised to prepare their infrastructure and test data uploads by October 31, 2013. These instructions are issued under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999.
