Enterprises Case per Notification No.15/2002-Customs.</h1> The Central Board of Excise & Customs, under the Ministry of Finance, has appointed the Commissioner of Customs (Seaport-Import) in Chennai as the adjudicating authority for a Show Cause Notice issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence. This notice, dated January 1, 2013, involves a case concerning M/s J.K. Enterprises and others. The appointment is in accordance with Notification No.15/2002-Customs (N.T.) and is intended to facilitate the adjudication process as per the Customs Act, 1962.
